In this bone-chilling true crime story, a law school professor recounts his encounter with a seemingly innocent client accused of a brutal homicide. As the professor delves deeper into the case, he becomes convinced of the client's innocence based on his genuine emotional response and lack of solid evidence. However, a sudden change in demeanor and a chilling encounter leaves the professor shaken to his core. Despite his efforts, the client is acquitted, only for another murder fitting the same pattern to occur months later.
